Important Information

The lesson will be on Zoom/Google Meets unless discussed and agreed otherwise. I will send the student an email link around 5/10 minutes before the lesson to join.

Payment Policy

Lessons are to be invoiced and paid on a monthly basis. The bill should be paid within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

Students must inform the tutor 48 hours before a lesson is cancelled. This is to allow the slot to be provided to another student.
Any lessons cancelled within the 48 hour period may be charged at the full rate if the slot is unable to be filled.

Lesson Feedback

I will provide regular feedback to you using voice notes. In addition to this, I will also call on a regular basis to catch up. All parents will be provided with regular feedback using voicenotes. In addition to this, I will also call parents on a regular basis to discuss student progress. Parents can also call me anytime for further feedback as and when required.
